A white label solution is the easiest, fastest and most cost-effective way to give live access to all major West End productions to your visitors and customers. We can offer full price and discounted tickets, great value dinner and show deals.

Encore Tickets' solutions allow the introducing partner to keep its complete look and feel and upload its own html template to ensure consistency between their own website and the white label. Products on offer can also be tailored to suit the needs of our partners.

How does it work ?

Simply place a link or banner on your website and we do the rest!

Our white labels are hosted on our dedicated secure servers with live connection to our reservation system. Our systems give your visitors instant access to the best ticket offers and live availability to all the west end productions as well as great money saving dinner and show packages including a ticket for a show and dinner before or after the performance. Seat numbers are provided before purchase and an auto generated booking confirmation is sent to your customers. At this stage, seat numbers have been reserved and confirmed with the theatre and we will fulfill any after sales related queries.

Reporting and tracking

When setting up an account, Encore Tickets will assign a unique affiliate id which will be used to track all sales. All of our white label solutions come with an administration area where our partners can track their sales by day and by product. A copy of every booking confirmation can also be sent to a designated email address for our affiliate's record.

Commission

Unlike many others, Encore Tickets provide a very attractive commission structure to ensure a profitable and fruitful partnership for both parties. Commissions are based on monthly total sales and are paid at the beginning of each month.

Rss feed

Encore Tickets was the first theatre ticket agency to pioneer XML feeds. We can provide you with RSS feed including posters, production images, videos, and descriptions for all West End shows. Also available are our special offers feed which allow our partners to publish our best ticket offers and meal packages on their website and deep link into the white label.
