A Bateaux London Cruise is a special experience and a great opportunity to create some wonderful memories with your friends and family.
There is a strict dress code on Saturday nights which Bateaux London believes enhances the occasion.
For the rest of the week, on all the different cruises, there is a suggested dress code and guidelines for appropriate attire.
Sunday to Friday – Smart attire. Smart, clean trainers are permitted and jeans should not be ripped.
Your E-ticket confirmation will clearly state the vessel you are boarding. It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
Special Dietary requests should be submitted no later than 5 days prior to the event date.
You will be allocated your own individual table.
No pets are allowed on board with the exception of Guide Dogs.
Bateaux London refuses the right to substitute your allocated vessel with other vessels if deemed necessary.
Tables are not allocated at the time of booking, if you do have specific table requests please mention it at the time of booking and every effort will be made to accommodate, depending on other bookings.
Please present your E-Ticket upon arrival. It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
Child prices are available for those aged between 3 and 12 years.
No prams, pushchairs or bassinets are permitted on board and no highchairs are provided.
