For going from one pier to another, a single ticket is just the job. With comfortable seats, hot and cold drinks, guided commentary and uncompromised views from all-weather sightseeing boats. In between stops, there is guided commentary of the many sights along the Thames.

You should arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time.
Passenger numbers are difficult to predict each day and can vary on account of public holidays, weather conditions events, etc. City Cruises cannot guarantee that you will get the sightseeing sailing that you have booked – please ensure that you arrive in reasonable time.

All boats offer open space areas with great views. Many have open decks offering an elevated view.

Any transactions made on board the vessels must be paid by contactless payment if possible

Capacity has been reduced onboard all vessels to ensure social distancing measures are implemented
Please make sure that you are well enough to travel, if you or any member of your party is displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 you will be unable to board the vessel.
Enhanced cleaning measures have been introduced on all vessels, frequently cleaning all touch points including door handles, handrails, tables and seating.
Hand sanitizer stations have been installed at the entrance to all vessels for passengers to use prior to boarding.
Disabled Access:
Some of the boats are wheelchair accessible. Contact the reservations team to discuss which boat is the best to suit your need. A maximum of two spaces for wheelchair users per boat are available.
Please take your voucher/confirmation to the CITY CRUISES desk/representative at the London Eye/Waterloo Pier, Westminster Pier or Tower of London Pier to exchange their voucher. for boarding.
