Take a London Eye river cruise and see London from a different perspective. Enjoy a unique 40 minute circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames with fascinating live commentary presented by specialist guides. Highlights include Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. The London Eye River cruise is available all year round excluding January when it does not operate due to annual maintenance

Sat-sun: 10am - 8:30pm

Closed dates: 6 to 22 Jan 2020 & 25 December 2020

Extended Opening hours: 10am to 8:30pm (last rotation)

Important Information

  1. The timeslot booked is for the River Cruise. Go to the London Eye Pier (boarding point 2) 15 minutes prior to your cruise time.

  2. Before you visit, please choose your standard experience visit date and a time for a seamless experience. To do this, please click the link to log in: https://me-loneye.store20.accesso.com/booking-portal. To login, please enter your Merlin order reference number found on your e-ticket and the last 4 digits of your ticket barcode.

 

E-tickets are valid for the time and date stated.

 

What’s Included?

  • Standard boarding to the 40 minutes circular sightseeing cruise
  • Standard Admission to the London Eye (via Queue A) 
  • Access to the London Eye 4D Experience
  • Please ensure that you have a copy of your E-Ticket ready upon arrival
  • Guest participation in a temperature check upon arrival. Any person displaying a high temperature will not be permitted into the attraction
  • Please be ready to make on-site payments using a contactless bank card as the attraction is now cashless
  • Please bring a suitable face covering/face mask
  • Please refrain from visiting the attraction should you display symptoms or feel unwell
  • New Capacity to ensure social distancing 
  • Enhanced cleaning measures throughout the day
  • Hygiene and hand sanitizer stations

Disabled access:

  • If you can present the correct documentation along with your ticket you will receive a free carer ticket
  • The London Eye River Cruise wheelchair lift can accommodate standard size wheelchairs only
  • Maximum of three wheelchairs allowed per cruise and wheelchair tickets must be pre-booked

Child Policy

Child age: 3-15

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

Children under 3 years old go free but will require a ticket as ‘under 3’.
