Founded in 1826, the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) is an international scientific, conservation and education charity whose mission is to promote and achieve the worldwide conservation of animals and their habitats.
Their mission is realised through our ground breaking science, their active conservation projects in more than 50 countries and their two zoos.
London Zoo provides a great day out with a family friendly atmosphere. Set in the heart of Regents Park, it has been entertaining visitors of all ages with a collection of over 800 hundred animals as well as some fantastic shows and interactive experiences for over 150 years.
From the classic penguin feeding time to the insightful talks held in an authentic living rainforest there really is something for everyone to enjoy. There are fun and games galore to be had in the kid’s zone including a range of special exhibits designed to be as informative as they are exciting. Children are free to explore a treetop village; a secret underground world as well as the ‘Touch Zone’ which provides a safe environment for them interacts with all of their favourite creatures.
Get closer to the animals than ever before when you ‘Meet the Monkeys’ in the biggest enclosure of its kind in Britain. Take an urban safari through the open plan area where nothing stands between you and the Bolivian blacked-capped squirrel Monkeys in their natural habitat.

Land Of The Lions
Land of the Lions opened in Spring 2016 and provides state of the art facilities for a breeding group of endangered Asiatic lions, of which only 500 remain in the wild.
Disabled Access: Wheelchair access is available throughout the park however as the Zoo contains a lot of listed buildings and some have minor restrictions.

In order to gain entry you must present a printed copy of your voucher.
Last admission is one hour before closing time.
Some animal exhibits may close up to 30 minutes before closing time.
Please take your voucher/confirmation to the prepaid ticket office along with photo ID to collect your entrance tickets to London Zoo.
Child ages: 3-15. Children under 3 are free. Children under 16 will not be admitted without an adult
