Millions and millions of people have flocked through the doors of Madame Tussauds since they first opened over 200 years ago and it remains just as popular as it ever was. There are many reasons for this enduring success, but at the heart of it all is good, old-fashioned curiosity. Today’s visitors are sent on a unique, emotionally-charged journey through the realms of the powerful and famous. The museum-style ropes and poles have gone so guests can truly get up, close and personal with A-list celebrities, sporting legends, political heavyweights and historical icons, reliving the times, events and moments that made the world talk about them.
All tickets include Marvel 4D & Star Wars™ at Madame Tussauds created in close collaboration with Disney and Lucas film, Star Wars™ at Madame Tussauds is a unique, immersive experience starring extraordinarily lifelike wax figures of the favourite heroes and villains of Star Wars Episodes I-VI.
The figures will appear in authentic walk-in sets inspired by key scenes from the movies. Dynamic special effects will add to the immersion, as you step right into, and star in, some of the most iconic moments in film history. The Sherlock Holmes and Alien Experience is NOT Included in the entry price.

Disabled Access: Madame Tussauds London is currently undertaking some enhancement work to their lift facilities in order to ensure that all guests have the best possible experience at their historic attraction. Work has now begun to replace the purpose-provided lift for wheelchair users and guests who require assistance. The goal is to provide a smoother, more comfortable and more reliable lift service. They anticipate that they will be without the use of this lift until September 2018. As such, any guests who require a lift facility will not be able to access the attraction during this period.
If customers have any questions regarding this and would like to speak with one of the MT team about their visit they should contact: firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a reminder, for safety reasons they can only accept three wheelchair users in the building at any one time and it is strongly advised that you pre-book in advance.
Please note, Madame Tussauds are unable to make on the day bookings for wheelchair slots. For on the day visits, please speak to the onsite team to discuss the remaining availability. During peak times time slots do sell out quickly and therefore strongly recommend pre-booking in advance. The team aim to respond within 48 hours of receiving your request (trade bookings for wheelchair: MTLtradebookings@merlinentertainments.biz).
