The Behind the Scenes Tour will give you privileged access to the working areas usually closed to the public where you can discover how we care for over 600 marine and fresh-water species and see how the fish food is prepared!

Important Information

Bookings are 100% non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

Go to the VIP Experience entrance (look out for the picture of the Seahorse) 30 minutes prior to your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket. Meet the Aquarist at the behind the scene meeting point near the Ray Pool at your confirmed timeslot.

The time selected is for the Behind the Scenes Tour. Guests can arrive at any time, but should be there at least 30 minutes before their tour time.

E-tickets are valid for the date and time booked. 

Please note that during school holidays SEA LIFE London is very busy and queues may be longer than normal.

Disabled access: Sea Life London has fully disabled access with lifts to all levels. There are also disabled toilets on every floor.

Child Policy

Children are aged 3-15 years.

Under 3 years old are FREE.

Children under 16 years old need to be accompanied by an adult (18+).

  • Parking: The nearest car parking is a short walk away, along the South Bank at the Royal Festival Hall or at the underground parking facility at Waterloo Station.

    Exit the station and follow signs for the South Bank. The aquarium is to the left of the London Eye.
