WHAT’S THE STORY?
Roxie Hart and Velma Kelly are rival vaudevillian mistresses, locked up in Cook County Jail. Jealous of each other’s reputations, the pair continually clash, especially with prison matron Mama Morton at their helm. Enlisting the help of legendary lawyer Billy Flynn, both Velma and Roxie try to get their names on the front page of the press. But, will the world be able to understand their stories, or will Roxie and Velma have to come together and perform?
Recommended for adults and teenagers. The recommended age for children is 12 and up, and children under the age of 4 will not be permitted into the theatre. The running time is 2 hours and 30 minutes, including an interval.
