Timothée Chalamet makes his London stage debut in Amy Herzog’s Pulitzer Prize-nominated play 4000 Miles at the Old Vic. A compassionate play following a 91-year-old grandmother and her grandson, 4000 Miles examines the importance of love and the healing power that trust can bring.
Timothée Chalamet will make his London stage debut in 4000 Miles as Leo. He is best known for his Academy Award-nominated performance in the 2017 movie Call Me By Your Name, with a list of film credits including Lady Bird, Interstellar and The King.
Eileen Atkins will play Vera in 4000 Miles. In an active career of over 65 years, Atkins has won three Olivier Awards for performances in Honour, The Unexpected Man and awarded best supporting performance for her parts in Cymbeline, The Winter’s Tale and Mountain Language, acknowledged in one award. Atkins has also given a BAFTA and Emmy Award-winning performance in Cranford, as well as playing Queen Mary in The Crown for Netflix.
