Imagine it: a night of theatre and fine dining in the heart of London, in an elegant hotel that’s slap bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, close to Oxford Street, Covent Garden... Imagine the luxury, the character. Then imagine being served by three of the world’s most infamous hoteliers: Sybil, the beautifully coiffed, golf-loving owner’s wife; Manuel, the waiter whose mangled English and love of rodents threatens to bring the Towers down; and Basil, of course, whose frustration and anger can barely be concealed, especially when faced with ‘riff raff’.
This is the original, internationally acclaimed show that started life over 21 years ago and opened in London’s West End in October 2012, selling out immediately and winning five star reviews. Continuing there still, this is the same show that also tours the world with a schedule that includes over 20 countries a year, plus all the major festivals and even Sydney Opera House.
At all performances, the audience become guests in the 'Faulty Towers' restaurant, waited on by Basil, Sybil and Manuel. Basil’s rude, Manuel confused, and Sybil cracks the whip – all the while dishing up yet more laughs and a 3-course meal. It’s an irrepressible, irresistible blend of top-flight improvisation and tight theatrical script, where ‘chaos’ reigns right from the start. With only a third of the show scripted, anything can happen… and in London it all happens in the 4-star Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury Street Hotel

The Dining Experience begins when you arrive at Faulty Towers. You’ll be welcomed by Sybil and Basil and shown to your seat by Manuel… and so the show begins. This is fully immersive, highly improvised and site-specific comedy theatre at its best, a pitch perfect tribute to the BBC’s best-loved sitcom.
