This year's Olivier Awards were dominated by Hamilton, Lin-Manuel Miranda's smash-hit American musical that opened in December at the newly refurbished Victoria Palace Theatre. Hamilton was awarded seven gongs including Best New Musical.
Jez Butterworth's The Ferryman also shone at the awards, taking home three awards and it was Shirley Henderson and Sheila Atim from the cast of Bob Dylan's Girl From the North Country won Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress in a Musical.
