Jay McGuiness will play Josh Baskin in Big, currently starring in Rip it Up at the Garrick Theatre. After finding fame as one-fifth of The Wanted, McGuiness went on to compete for the Glitterball trophy in 2015, eventually winning the competition. In 2016, he made his theatre debut in the national tour of Big and will now lead the cast as Josh at the Dominion Theatre.
Wendi Peters stars as Mrs Baskin, previously appearing in White Christmas at the Dominion Theatre. Kimberley Walsh plays Susan Lawrence, with Matthew Kelly who won an Olivier Award for his performance in Of Mice and Men at the Savoy Theatre.
