What's the story?

A carousel worker named Billy Bigelow falls in love with Julie Jordan, a local millworker. However, their blossoming romance comes at a cost, especially when the truth about Billy’s past is shared. But, with a chance to redeem his past, will Billy be able to restore a sense of pride?
